摘　　要：介绍鼓式制动器轮缸结构,分析制动轮缸抽真空泄漏原因,提出零件级工艺控制及轮缸内部皮碗、托架的设计优化方法。The structure of the drum brakes cylinder was introduced. The causes for the vacuum leakage issue of the cylinder were ana- lyzed. The part level process control, the improvement designs of cup and bracket in the wheel cylinder were brough forward.
