摘　　要：叶灵凤和余秋雨同为学者散文的代表作家。二十世纪四五十年代的叶灵凤与九十年代的余秋雨都以其独特的视角和睿智的笔触抒写了大量脍炙人口的散文随笔。拟从"关注文化和文明的方式"和"虔诚心态"两方面对叶灵凤的读书随笔和余秋雨的文化散文创作中的异同点一比较分析,以便更好地理解和把握他们各自的散文特点。Ye Lingfeng and Yu Qiuyu are the leading prose writers,who have written many popular proses form the distinctive viewpoint. From the aspect of concerning the ways of culture and civilization and the devout attitude,the article analyzes the similarities and differences in the creation of the reading notes by Ye Lingfeng and cultural proses by Yu Qiuyu so that their works are easier to understand.
