摘　　要：胚胎干细胞具有全能性和无限增殖的能力 ,有望成为组织工程和细胞治疗的重要种子细胞来源。如何将胚胎干细胞向特定细胞诱导分化已成为重要的课题。目前已有将胚胎干细胞诱导分化为神经细胞 ,并将其应用于动物模型治疗的报道。Embryonic stem cells(ES),which possess totipotentiality and the ability to proliferate indefinitely in vitro,are expected to be the new seed cells source for tissue engineering and cell therapy.How to induce ES cells to differentiat into special kind of cells becomes an important research.Now,it has been reported that ES can be differentiated into neural cells,and these cells can be used to therapy animal model.These works are meaningful to the treatment of nervous system diseases and trauma in clinic.
