摘  要:普通外槽轮的槽数决定了槽轮机构的运动特性。用生成摆线的行星机构作为槽轮机构的驱动曲柄,相当于用一个变长度、变速度、沿着摆线运动的曲柄驱动槽轮,从而改变了槽轮机构的运动特性。文中分析了外槽轮机构等速运动规律的形成条件,给出了按照运动系数设计近似等速运动外槽轮机构的设计方法和机构参数表。分析了近似等速区间的变化规律以及运动系数对近似等速区间宽度和区间内角速度波动量的影响,给出了近似等速区间宽度和区间内角速度波动量的计算方法。The kinematic characteristics of the ordinary geneva wheel mechanism are determined by the numbers of sheave groove. The drive crank of geneva wheel is the cycloid production mechanism which equals to the mechanism with a variable length,variable speed and along the cycloid moving crank and makes the kinematic characteristic of the geneva mechanism changed. The forming condition of the outside geneva mechanism with uniform movement are analyzed,then on this basis the design method and the mechanism parameters are proposed. The change rule of the uniform movement interval and the influence of movement coefficient on the width of approximate uniform movement interval and the fluctuation quantity of angular velocity in approximate uniform movement interval are analyzed,the calculation method of the width and the fluctuation quantity of angular velocity of the uniform movement interval are given.
