摘  要:为提高减速器设计的效率和准确性,将实例推理技术和面向对象的参数化技术引入到减速器的变型设计中,提出了一种基于实例推理的参数化变型设计技术。以Solid Works软件为开发平台,VB为开发工具,利用特征造型和参数化设计相结合的三维建模方法,计算相似度的最近相邻算法,以及基于布局草图的参数化变型设计等关键技术,开发了一套减速器三维设计系统。实现了减速器的自动检索、设计计算、模型驱动以及出图,为减速器的快速智能设计提供了有效途径。In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the reducer design,a technology of parametric variant design based on case based reasoning which put case based reasoning technology and the parameter technology of object oriented into the reducer variant design is put forward. A reducer 3D design system is developed by taking Solid Works as a development platform and VB as the development tool,combining the key technology of three dimensional modeling method that combine the feature modeling and parametric design,the nearest neighbor algorithm for computing similarity,and the parametric variant design based on layout sketch.The automatic retrieval,design calculation,model- driven and plot for the reducer is realized,it provides an effective way for the fast intelligent design of the reducer.
