摘  要:为了综合考察人格障碍人群的心理理论特点,利用人格障碍诊断量表(PDQ-4)筛选出人格障碍组被试55人,人格障碍困难组被试90人以及无人格障碍组被试41人,然后从社会知觉、社会认知及虚拟认知三个维度共8个心理理论实验任务开展了研究。结果表明:(1)人格障碍组完成社会认知、社会知觉和虚拟认知任务的能力要低于人格障碍困难组和无人格障碍组;(2)人格障碍组在完成各种实验任务时,其回答失言判断任务的水平最差;而另外两组被试完成各种实验任务没有显著差异;(3)识别QQ表情任务是辨识度较佳的虚拟认知任务。本研究的结论是:人格障碍人群存在心理理论的损伤。To comprehensively investigate the characteristics of‘Theory of Mind( To M) 'in personality disorder group,Personality Diagnostic Questionnaire( PDQ- 4) was administered and three groups of subjects were screened,55 of whom were with personality disorder,90 with personality difficulty,and 41 without personality disorder. After that,this study detected the characteristics of To M in personality disorder group from three dimensions through implementing 8 tasks including social-cognitive task,social-perceptual task and virtual cognitive task. The results are as follows:( 1) compared with the personality difficulty and non-personality disorder groups,the personality disorder group's ability to accomplish the social-cognitive,social-perceptual and virtual cognitive tasks is lower;( 2) the personality disorder group performed worst on Faux Pas Recognition task,but the other two groups showed no significant differences in all experimental tasks;( 3) QQ Expression Recognition task is one of the best recognized virtual cognition tasks. In conclusion,the group with personality disorder has defects in theory of mind.
