摘  要:目的从人口和地理2个角度分析我国CT和MRI配置的公平性,为政府卫生计生部门制定大型医用设备配置规划提供依据。方法从东、中、西部各选择2个省作为研究的样本,通过向各省卫生计生行政部门发放调查问卷的形式收集相关资料进行定量分析。结果除了东部的B省外,其他5个省CT人口分布的基尼系数都小于0.2,MRI人口分布的基尼系数都小于0.3。CT地理分布的基尼系数在0.25到0.60之间,MRI地理分布的基尼系数在0.24到0.70之间。结论总体上CT和MRI基于人口分布的公平性较好,基于地理分布的公平性较差。建议科学合理做好大型医用设备配置规划,提升设备配置的公平性,尤其是资源地理分布的公平性。Objective To perform an equity analysis of CT and MRI in China from the perspectives of population and geography, and provide the evidence for allocation planning of high technology medical equipment. Methods Six provinces located in the east,middle and west regions in our country were selected as the study sample,the key information were obtained from the provincial health administrative departments through a questionnaire survey. Results The Gini coefficients of CT and MRI based on population distribution are less than 0.2 and 0.3 respectively for five of the six study provinces. The Gini coefficients based on geographical distribution are between 0.25 to 0.6 for CT and between 0.24 to 0.70 for MRI. Conclusion The equity status of CT and MRI based on population distribution is relatively fair while it's less fair based on geographical distribution. Policy suggestions More policy efforts are needed to make scientific and rational allocation planning and improve the equity status of large medical equipment,especially the geographical equity status.
