摘　　要：利用来自各环节医疗活动的信息源,通过融合、加工、分析,获得医疗质量监管所需的信息,通过建立模型、数据集成、可视化展现构建基于移动互联网的医疗质量决策系统,为医院管理层和科主任提供了及时、系统、精准的医疗指标统计,利用PDCA循环持续质量改进,实现医疗质量与安全精准化管理。The sources of information from various aspects of medical activity were used by the integration,processing and analysis to access to necessary information for medical quality control. Through modeling, data integration, visualization show the quality of medical the decision-making system of medical quality based on the mobile platform was built by modeling,data integration and visualization show. This system provided the timely,systematic and accurate indicators of medical statistics for the management and director of the hospital. The PDCA cycle was used for the continuous quality improvement and achieving health care quality and the precision safety management.
