摘 要:引进萨福克羊与武威市本地饲养的小尾寒羊进行杂交改良,并对杂交F1代羔羊(简称萨寒羊)的生长性能和屠宰性能进行分析。生长观测和屠宰结果表明,萨寒羊初生体质量、4月龄体质量和6月龄体质量分别比小尾寒羊纯繁组(简称小尾寒羊)高15.97%、19.88%和21.17%(P<0.01),4月龄前平均日增量极显著高于小尾寒羊(P<0.01)。6月龄的胴体质量和屠宰率均高于对照组,且胴体质量差异极显著(P<0.01)。说明,以萨福克羊为父本对小尾寒羊进行杂交试验,改良效果明显。Suffolk sheep were introduced to crossbreed local Small-tail Han sheep,and the growth performance and slaughter performance of the hybrid F1 generation of lamb (shortened form "Saffolk-Han sheep") were analyzed. Growth observation and slaughter results showed that the average birth weight,4-month-old weight and 6-month-old weight of Suffolk- Han sheep were higher than Small-tail Han sheep for 15.97~, 19.88% and 21.17%(P〈0.01), respectively. The average daily gain before 4-month-old was significantly higher than that of Small-tail Han sheep(P〈0.01). The carcass weight and the dressing percentage in 6-month-old Saffolk-Han sheep were both higher than the control group and the carcass weight had extremely significant difference (P〈0.01). Therefore, Suffolk sheep can used as male parent to crossbreed Small-tail Han sheep and the improvement effect is obvious.
