摘　　要：对全国第一次污染物源普查中重点行业废气中重金属排放量查漏补缺,为建立涉重铬盐行业废气中重金属产排污系数体系,根据中国铬盐行业的特点及污染物排放情况,通过物料衡算法、系数核算及测算等方式,在实地调研监测和收集历史监测数据的基础上,对铬盐行业废气中重金属污染物排污系数进行核算。核算的排污系数可为全国、各地方铬盐行业废气中重金属总量核查、重金属污染防治规划的实施、考核评估提供数据支持和技术保障。The heavy metal emissions in waste gas of key industries in the first China national pollution source survey were checked up and supplemented.In order to set up the system of heavy metal generation and discharge coefficient in waste gas of chromate industry, according to the characteristics of chromate industry and the situation of its pollutants discharge, heavy metal discharge coefficient was calculated based on the field survey and historical monitor data with material balance method,coefficient calculation method ,and estimation method etc..The calculated discharge coefficient can provide data supporting for the total quantity checks of heavy metal in waste gas of chromate industry.The result also can provide technical guarantee for the implementation and evaluation of heavy metal pollution prevention plan.
