摘 要:四碱式硫酸铅(4BS),其晶型细长,热力学性质稳定,能够为极板活性物质提供强而有力的骨架支撑,增强极板机械强度。它的适量加入能够显著改善正极板活性物质的结构和性能,进而积极地影响蓄电池的比容量和使用寿命。介绍了4BS的基本性质和性能,系统综述了使用不同原料制备4BS的方法和应用研究现状,探讨了4BS材料制备的侧重方向和应用前景。指出4BS材料制备的重点是研究生产粒径细致、尺寸均匀的高纯度和高分散性4BS的方法,将此4BS作为核剂引入铅膏,将成为其工业化进程的一个方向。Tetrabasic lead sulphate (4BS) was the elongated crystal with stable thermodynamic properties that can provide strong support and enhance the mechanical strength of electrode plate.The substance can significantly improve the structure and performance of the active materials on positive plate, and with a positive influence on the specific capacity and service life of the battery.The basic properties and performance of 4BS were introduced and the methods and the application status of the preparation of 4BS with different raw materials were reviewed systematically.The prepared direction and applied prospect in the future of 4BS were also discussed.The ways for preparation of 4BS with fine particle, uniform size, high purity, and high dispersion etc.as the research focus were pointed out.The introduction of 4BS into the lead paste as nucleating agent will become one of directions in its industrialization process.
