转轨经济条件下企业经营活动中的政府干预——基于我国31个省区的分析

摘　　要：运用灰色系统理论,构建企业经营中的政府干预的灰关联综合评价模型,并应用独立样本t检验,将评价结果与《中国市场化指数——各地区市场化相对进程2011年报告》中"减少政府对企业的干预"数据配对进行检验,结果表明,二者无显著差异。该研究模型对政府干预的度量方法具有较强的有效性和实用性。Applying the grey system theory, an evaluation model of government intervention in business operation was built up to evaluate the degree of government intervention. Then, through the independent sample t test, this study compared the evaluation result with data from NERI INDEX of Marketization of China＇s Provinces 2011 Report and found there was no significant difference. The evaluation model of government intervention in business operation is available and utility and can be used in related empirical study involving government factors. The research model has strong effectiveness and practicability to the measurement method of government intervention.
