摘  要:目的探讨尿N-乙酰-β-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG酶)与肾脏剪切波速(SWV)对原发性肾病综合征(PNS)肾损害的价值。方法对PNS患者轻、中、重度组150例,对照组50例测定尿液NAG酶,并行VTQ检查,比较各组间尿NAG酶及肾实质SWV,将检测结果进行统计学分析。结果轻度组与对照组尿NAG酶及SWV测值均无统计学差异(P>0.05),其他两组与对照组比较及各组间两两比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。尿NAG酶和肾实质SWV之间存在显著正相关(r=0.68,P<0.05)。结论肾实质SWV及尿NAG酶均随肾间质纤维化程度增加而增高,二者在PNS肾间质纤维化诊断中有重要的应用价值。Objective To investigate the value of NAG and the kidney shear wave velocity (SWV) in the diagnosis of primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS) kidney damage. Methods 150 cases of PNS were divided into three groups, 50 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. NAG was detected and the virtual touch tissue quantification (VTQ) was used to detect renal SWV. The results were compared and analyzed among the four groups. Results NAG and SWV values: the mild-group and the control group were not significant statistically(P〉0.05), but other two groups and between groups had(P〈0.05). NAG and renal SWV had significant positive correlation (r= 0.68, P〈0.05). Conclusions The renal SWV and NAG increases with the degree of renal interstitial fibrosis. Both of them have important application values in the diagnosis of primary nephrotie syndrome kidney damage.
