三维超声心动图在共同房室瓣Rastelli分型中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨三维超声在诊断共同房室瓣Rastelli分型中的应用价值。方法回顾17例完全型房室间隔缺损的二维与三维超声检查,对照手术结果,分析两种检查方法在诊断共同房室瓣Rastelli分型中的差异。结果手术结果13例Rastelli A型,2例B型,2例C型,三维超声检查符合率100%,二维超声误诊5例,符合率70.6%,两者差异有统计学意义。结论三维超声在诊断共同房室瓣Rastelli分型中可为临床提供更立体、更客观、更准确的影像学信息,是二维超声的有益补充。Objective To assess the application of 3D ultrasound in the diagnosis of common atrioventricular valve Rastelli typing. Methods 2D and 3D ultrasonic examination results of 17cases with complete atrioventricular septal defect were reviewed and the operation results were compared in order to analyze the differences between the two methods in the diagnosis of common atrioventricular valve Rastelli typing. Results Among the operation results, 13 cases were Rastelli Type A, 2 were Type B and still 2 Type C. The coincidence rate of 3D diagnoses was 100% while that of 2D diagnoses was 70.6%, with 5 wrong diagnoses. The difference was of significance. Conclusions 3D ultrasound can provide more steric , more objective and more accurate imaging information in clinical diagnosis of common atrioventricular valve Rastelli typing. It＇s a beneficial complement to 2D ultrasound.
