摘  要:研究了热处理温度对TC4/TC17钛合金线性摩擦焊接接头的组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:在焊态下,接头焊合区TC17一侧为亚稳态的β相;TC4一侧为针状马氏体;界面处为细小的针状马氏体组织。经过热处理后,焊合区TC17一侧亚稳态β相析出细小的层片状α相,随着热处理温度的增加α相发生长大,片层厚度增加;焊合区TC4一侧经热处理后显微组织无明显变化。在本实验热处理温度范围内,热处理使焊合区TC17显微硬度增加,但随着热处理温度的升高,显微硬度下降。热处理对焊合区TC4一侧显微硬度无明显影响。Effect of heat treatment temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of TC4 / TC17 titanium linear friction welding( LWF) joints was analyzed. The results show that the TC17 RZ( recrystallization zone) consists of metastable β phase,TC4 RZ consists of acicular martensite and the interface also consists of acicular martensite before heat treatment. Metastable β in the TC17 RZ is broken down into α lamina precipitate after heat treatment. It grows with the increasing of temperature. No significant changes of microstructure in TC4 RZ is observed after heat treatment. The microhardness of TC17 alloy increases after heat treatment while it decreases with the increasing of temperature. Heat treatment shows insignificant effect on microhardness of TC4 TMAZ( themo-mechanical affected zone) and TC4 RZ. The effect of heat treatment is slight on microhardness of TC4 RZ.
