装配式农宅蜂窝楼板的设计与施工

摘　　要：随着建筑科技的发展,农宅装配化建造是必由之路,但是目前还没有适合装配式钢结构农宅的重量轻、安装快捷的楼板。为解决这一问题,提出一种加钢绞线网片的高强水泥薄板和纸蜂窝组成的新型复合楼板,并对楼板所需材料性能、基本构造、力学计算、安装方法等进行系统研究,对进一步推广生产具有很大借鉴意义。这种新型蜂窝楼板重量轻、强度高、刚度大、隔声性能好、安装方便,在城镇化建设中将有巨大的市场前景。With the development of building technology,prefabricated construction of country house is the only way. However,there is not a lightweight and easy installation floor matching with lightweight steel structure of the country house. In order to tackle the problem,this paper presents a new kind of compound floor composed of high strength cement board adding steel wire mesh and paper honeycomb,and a systematic study is made on the material properties,basic structure,mechanical calculation and installation method,which contributes great significance of reference to its further production and popularization. The new floor has many qualities,such as lightweight,high strength,high stiffness,fine soundproof property and easy installation. So it has good market prospect in the urbanization construction.
