摘  要:采用液压马达驱动的原理对自走式喷药施肥机进行了研究设计。可一次完成喷药20行,施肥3行;整机机构配置新颖独特,全液压喷药系统控制和机电一体化的施肥装置能在玉米的整个生育期进行喷药施肥作业。该机主要特点是驾驶室可根据作物的高矮进行无级调节,轮距宽度在1 m范围内进行无级调整,都是靠液压系统来完成。驱动轮设计成两轮驱动,也可以四轮驱动,从而增加了牵引力。The serf-propelled spraying and fertilizing machine is studied and designed with the principle of hydraulic motor drive system. The machine can finish spraying insecticide 20 lines and fertilizing 3 lines by one time. The structure and configu- ration of this machine is novel, and~ the fertilizer device controlled by full hydraulic spray system and of electromechanical inte- gration can spray insecticide and fertilizer on the whole growth stage of maize. The main characteristics of this machine are that the cab can be adjusted by plant height, and the track width within 1 m is regulated by hydraulic pressure system. The driving wheel is designed as two-wheel drive or four-wheel drive, which increases the traction force.
