机织层合防弹面料的性能研究

摘　　要：利用自制压缩空气冲击装置对4块机织对位芳纶纯纺面料按22.5°旋转进行层合的面料进行抗冲击实验,并测试对位芳纶面料的服用性能。研究表明:1/1平纹对位芳纶纯纺层合织物抗冲击效果与抗起毛起球性均高于1/2斜纹面料,而相应面的透气率低于1/2斜纹面料;kevlar49对位芳纶机织层合面料抗冲击效果、相应面的透气率、抗起毛起球性均高于国产对位芳纶面料,而回潮率低于国产对位芳纶面料。相比抗冲击效果与服用性能,kevlar49对位芳纶机织层合面料优于国产对位芳纶面料。Anti ballistic impact of woven laminated fabric with 4woven fabrics laminated made by untwisted filaments of Kevlar49 and laminated in rotating 22.5°every fabric were tested by compressed air impact device which was made in the laboratory and properties of clothing of anti ballistic impact fabric made of woven laminated in this paper.Researches showed that anti impact effect,anti-fuzzing and pilling were all superior to 1/2twill except rate of ventilate of corresponding side of plain weave.Anti impact effect,rate of ventilate of corresponding side of plain weave,anti-fuzzing and pilling of anti ballistic impact of woven laminated fabric made of kevlar49 were all superior to anti ballistic impact of woven laminated fabric made of PPTA produced in China except moisture.As a whole,the properties of anti impact effect and clothing anti ballistic impact of woven laminated fabric made of kevlar49 were superior to woven laminated fabric made of PPTA produced in China.
