摘  要:结合薄样技术,采用自制XRF分析仪,建立了雪松松针及花粉中多种无机元素进行同时测定的方法,并对本地雪松松针及花粉样品进行了分析.结果表明:雪松松针及花粉中均含有K、Ca、Ti、Mn、Fe、Co、Cu、Zn、Rb、Sr等多种无机元素,其中K、Ca含量相对较高;不同地点松针中无机元素含量存在差异;精密度(RSD)(n=6)在2.4%~6.3%之间,加标回收结果表明,同一元素3种不同加标水平的平均加标回收率在94%~104%之间.Combining the thin sample technology,an analytical method of self-made XRF analyzer for simultaneous analyse of several inorganic elements in pine needles and pine pollen of Cedrus deodara is developed to successfully analyze the samples of pine needles and pine pollen of Cedrus deodara. The results show that the pine needles and pine pollen of Cedrus deodara have several inorganic elements,such as K,Ca,Ti,Mn,Fe,Co,Cu,Zn,Rb,Sr and so on. Among these inorganic elements,the contents of K and Ca are relatively higher than others. The inorganic elements in pine needles from different regions have diversity. The RSD( n = 6) is between 2. 4% and 6. 3% and the results of spike recovery show that the average spike recovery rates of the same element in three different standard addition levels are in the range of 94%- 104%.
