摘 要:介绍了设计重用和焊装夹具重用库的主要内容.依据参数化的基本原理并结合NX WAVE技术,提取典型夹具装配的主控参数,实现对汽车焊装夹具单元的参数化建模.根据主控参数的选取规则,以摆动导杆机构气动夹具单元为例,研究了在NX软件中夹具模板库的创建过程及夹具模板GUI的构建.最后以工程实例介绍了该模板的使用方法.The primary contents of design reuse and reuse library for welding fixture are presented in this paper.The master control parameters of the typical welding fixture assembly are extracted according to the basic principle of parameterization and NX WAVE technology. On this basis,the parametric modeling of the automotive welding fixture units is constructed. Taking pneumatic fixture units of the ascillating guided bar mechanism for an example,the establishment procedure of the fixture template library and the construction of fixture template GUI by NX software are studied under the selection rules of the master control parameters. Finally,usage of the welding fixture template is demonstrated with an engineering design example.
