摘　　要：粮食储备管理是维护一国粮食安全的基本制度,也是维护社会稳定的重要机制。本文基于美国、澳大利亚及俄罗斯3国粮食储备管理制度的运作机制及措施,分析了发达国家粮食储备管理制度的经验,并以此经验为基础,提出了完善中国当前中国储备粮管理总公司(简称中储粮)垂直管理粮食储备制度的建议。The grain reserve management system is a basic system to maintain national food security,and is also an important mechanism for maintaining social stability.Based on the three grain reserve management systems operational mechanism and measures of the United States,Australia and Russia,this paper analyzed the experience of developed countries grain reserves management system.Based on this experience,some suggestions of perfecting China's current grain storage in the vertical management of grain reserve system were put forward.
