摘　　要：肠易激综合征是(IBS)一种以腹痛、腹胀、排便习惯和(或)大便性状改变为临床表现,而缺乏胃肠道结构和生化异常的肠道功能紊乱性疾病,发病率较高。IBS的发病机制尚不完全清楚,现有的研究显示,与内脏感觉敏感性增高、胃肠动力异常、免疫功能改变、肠道炎症及心理等多方面因素有关,药物治疗是目前治疗IBS的主要手段。当前,常用于治疗IBS的西药存在不良反应大、适应范围窄等问题;中药配方也常用于治疗IBS,但目前中医对本病的认识、诊断、疗效评价均无统一的标准。因此,还需要进一步研究和开发出更加安全、广谱、有效的西药及建立统一的IBS中医诊断和疗效评价标准,使IBS的药物治疗更加规范和有效。Irritable bowel syndrome（ IBS） is a kind of intestinal function disorder with abdominal pain,abdominal distension,bowel habits and / or stool feature change asclinical manifestation,but short of structural and biochemical abnormalities of gastrointestinal tract,and has a relatively high incidence. The pathogenesis remaind unclear,and the present study shows,visceral sensory sensitivity increase,gastrointestinal motility disorders,the changes of immune function,intestinal inflammation and psychological factor are related to IBS,and medication is the main treatment of IBS for the time being. We commonly use traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for IBS. But the western medicine has greater side effect and the adaptation scope is narrow,while there is no uniform traditional Chinese medicine standard for diagnosis and treatment effect evaluation so far. Therefore,we need to research and develop safer western medicine with broad-spectrum and good effect,and establish a unified TCM standard for diagnosis and treatment of IBS,in order to increase the standardization and validity of IBS medication.
