摘  要:以十六烷基二甲基叔胺和氯丙烯为原料合成了十六烷基二甲基烯丙基氯化铵(C16-DMAAC),接着以丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和C16-DMAAC为共聚单体,通过反相乳液聚合得到疏水缔合共聚物P(AM/C16-DMAAC/AMPS)。利用IR和。HNMR方法分析了共聚物的结构,考察了C16-DMAAC用量对乳液聚合的影响,研究了聚合物溶液的黏度行为及其影响因素。表征结果显示,制备P(AM/C16-DMAAC/AMPS)时,CrDMAAC适宜的用量为10%(W)(基于反应单体的质量);P(AM/C16-DMAAC/AMPS)中含长链疏水单体和两性离子结构,分子间的疏水缔合作用表现出较好的增黏效应,具有明显的抗盐性能:在温度较高时.含表面活性剂的P(AM/C16—DMAAC/AMPS)溶漓昂示竹鼻的溻增黏特席.A hydrophobic association copolymer, poly(acrylamide-co-C16-DMAAC-co-2- acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid)(P(AM/C16-DMAAC/AMPS)), was synthesized with acrylamide(AM), 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid(AMPS) and C16-DMAAC as monomers through inverse emulsion polymerization, in which hexadecyl dimethyl allyl ammonium chloride(C16-DMAAC) was synthesized from N, N-dimethylhexadecylamine and allyl chloride. The copolymer was characterized by means of IR and 1H NMR. The influence of C16-DMAAC dosage on the inverse emulsion polymerization was investigated and the appropriate C16-DMAAC dosage was 10%(w). The effects of some factors on the viscosity of P(AM/C16-DMAAC/AMPS) aqueous solution were analyzed. It was indicated that, there were hydrophobic groups and amphoteric ion structure in the copolymer, and the hydrophobic association between the molecules showed good thickening effect and salt-tolerance. At high temperature, the P(AM/C16-DMAAC/AMPS) aqueous solution showed excellent temperature thickening effect due to the hydrophobic association.
