C_5球罐运行超温原因分析及应对措施

摘  要:通过对C_5球罐内物料组分和罐底结垢物成分进行分析,确定了C_5物料在自聚过程中释放的热量是导致球罐超温现象的主要原因。对影响C_5自聚的球罐内铁锈含量、氧含量和自然储存温度等因素逐一分析,确定导致C_5球罐超温的主要影响因素为自然储存温度。采取在物料中提高RIPP-1403型阻聚剂的注入量和拆除球罐外壁隔热层并涂刷太阳热反射涂料两种防超温措施并进行了现场试验,最终采取了拆除C_5球罐外壁隔热层并涂刷SRC-01A型太阳热反射涂料的措施,有效地解决了C_5球罐长期超温运行的难题,保证了球罐的安全、长周期运行。The overtemperature of a C5 storing tank was investigated by analyzing raw materials in the tank and the scaling on the tank bottom. It was determined that the heat release of the self polymerization of active olefins, namely isoprene, cyclopentadiene and methylcyclopentadiene, in the tank was the major reason of the tank temperature rise. The effects of rust content and oxygen content in the C5 tank and the natural storage temperature on the self-polymerization were researched, in which the natural storage temperature was the major factor. Two measures were taken to prevent the overtemperature. One was the addition of the R/PP-1403 type polymerization inhibitor, and another was dismantling the outer heat insulation layer on the tank and then painting solar heat-reflective coating SRC-01A. The experiment results indicated that the latter could prevent the overtemperature of the C5 tank effectively and ensure the safety of long-term operation.
