摘 要:为提高除渣器对造纸过程中产生的高浓重杂的去除效率,将导流叶片应用到造纸用高浓重杂除渣器结构改进上,并用ICEM软件对其模型划分混合结构网格,通过Fluent软件对其内部3%质量分数纸浆悬浮液进行数值模拟,同时分析其内部浆料运行轨迹、压力和速度分布特征。结果表明:导流叶片式锥形除渣器内部流场具有对称性,浆渣分离更加平稳;浆料流场由除渣器内壁附近的外旋流和中心区域的内旋流组成;在进浆速度4 m/s时,良浆出口流量为4424 kg/s,尾渣出口流量为1083 kg/s,纤维收集效率为8054%,比传统除渣器提高了约10%;同时新型除渣器内部浆料流速更快,克服了传统除渣器短路流对除渣效率的影响,除渣效率提高3%以上。This paper introduced a novel guide vane inlet applied in the high consistency cleaner for paper industry. Thegrid division was finished with ICEM and the flow field of pulp of 3% in concentration was simulated with Fluent soft-ware. Different features of the pulp trajectory, pressure and velocity in guide vane cleaner model were analyzed. Resultsshowed that internal flow field was symmetric in the guide vane cleaner, and the cleaner could run smoothly. The flowfield of pulp suspension consisted of an external vortex in the outer region and an internal vortex in the central region. Inthe case of inlet slurry velocity was 4 m/ s, the outlet flow rate of the good pulp and the slurry were 4.424 kg/ s and 1.083kg/ s, respectively, and leaded to a fiber collection efficiency reached 80.54%,improving by 10% than traditional clean-ers.In addition, the novel guide cane cleaner enabled the pulp to move faster than that in the traditional cleaners. This o-vercoming the typical drawback of short circuit flow, which resulted in a 3% improvement in separation efficiency. The ob-tained results could provide a theory basis for improving the efficiency of traditional high consistency cleaner.
