摘  要:应用ANSYS软件对整地筑埂联合作业机的刀轴进行有限元分析。分析结果表明,该机刀轴上最危险的区域是刀轴与旋耕刀连接的部位,此部位所承受的最大应力和应变值均小于该材料的许用应力值。因此,该整地筑埂联合作业机刀轴满足使用性能要求,其工作性能是安全可靠的。此外,本文还运用Matlab软件对刀轴进行优化设计,使刀轴在满足使用要求的情况下能够节省材料,降低成本。In this paper, the finite element analysis were used to for axis of the rotating and building ridge combined work machine based on ANSYS software. The results show that the most dangerous area was the connected parts between axis and rotary cutter. The area exposed to the maximum stress and strain values was less than the allowable stress values of the material. Requirements of the axis of the machine were satisfied. Its performance were safe and reliable. At the same time,optimized design of the axis of the machine had been done, and Matlab soft-ware were used. The materials were saved and costs were reduced in the condition of satisfy the requirement.
