摘　　要：基质装盘是多功能漂浮育苗播种机上的重要组成部分,装盘质量直接影响到多功能漂浮育苗播种机的整体性能。本文在多功能漂浮育苗播种机的架体上,在不增加能耗的基础上设计一种具有两次装基作用的多功能漂浮育苗播种机的装盘装置,该装置能有效地解决穴盘基质分布不均匀、装不满、装不实或镂空的现象,使穴盘基质达到合适的育种条件,进而提高整机的育种效果。Matrix tray is an important part on multifunctional floating raising seeding planter, its loading quality will directly affect the performance of multifunctional floating raising seeding planter, and then affects the seedling tray rate. Based on the frame body of multifunctional floating raising seeding planter, This paper design a disk loading apparatus of multifunctional floating raising seeding planter without increasing the energy consumption, which has two loaded base effect. This device can solve the phenomenon effective- ly, when tray matrixes distribution is not uniform, full, false or hollow, which can make the tray matrix to achieve suitable breeding conditions, so as to improve the breeding effect of the whole machine.
