摘  要:为进一步提高播种精度,减少覆土过程中种子的位移,利用有机玻璃制作5组规格不同的双层圆盘式覆土器。采用均匀设计方法,选取内层圆盘刃口平面直径、覆土速度、覆土盘张角作为试验因素,根据覆土作业实际要求选取恰当的因素水平,以覆土后的种子位移作为试验指标,进行土槽试验。试验结果表明:当内侧覆土盘刃口平面直径为255mm、覆土速度为0.85m/s、覆土器张角为50°时,覆土器对种子位移的影响最小,覆土效果最为理想。In order to further improve the seeding precision and reduce the seeding displacement during the process of covering soil, 5 groups of different specifications of double-deck disk coverer were made of organic glass. The experiment was conducted in a soil box by using uniform design method, selecting the inner disk edge plane diameter, speed and covering plate angle as experimental factor, selecting the appropriate factor levels based on the actual requirements, with seed displacement as the test index. Experimental results show that when the inside of the covering plate edge plane diameter of 255 mm, covering speed 0.85 m/s, the opening Angle of 50°, effect on displacement of seeds is minimal and get the most ideal effect.
