摘  要:以汽车发动机装配线为研究对象,设计SPC质量控制系统,根据其装配线特点,分析质量控制需求,确定关键工序节点和关键工艺特性。制定相应控制计划和标准,采集工艺特性参数的数据,通过工件(工序)质量数据排列图、工件(工序)质量数据均值极差图和工件(工序)质量数据均值标准差图的形式显示在人机界面上,并通过系统对数据进行分析、评价做出生产调整。考虑装配线的工艺复杂多样性,在SPC系统中包含装配过程质量追溯,通过工件编码对工件进行全员追踪。在包含所有工件信息的系统中可以查询工件的各个工位的质量数据。Focuses on vehicle engine assembling line, SPC quality control management system has been designed, the quality control requirements to find out the key process nodes and key processing properties according to assembling line characteristics are analyzed. Making up appropriate control plans and standards, the processing property parameters data is collected and shown on the human-computer interface by dint of pareto chart of artifact (or process) quality data, mean value and range chart of artifact (or process) quality data, mean value and standard deviation chart of artifact (or process) quality data, subsequently the production process is adjusted by system analysis and evaluation of the data. Considering the diversity of the assembling line, assembling process quality trac-ing is included in the SPC system, all the artifact are tracked by codes, in this way, quality data of each artifact is available to be inquired in time.
