切入撑开法制备腹腔镜手术脐部戳孔的应用价值

摘　　要：目的介绍腹腔镜手术中应用切入撑开法制备脐部戳孔的操作过程,并探讨其应用价值。方法 2012年10月至2014年10月我院收治362例行腹腔镜阑尾切除术的患者,术中均采用自创的切入撑开法制备脐部戳孔。记录所有患者的临床资料、脐部戳孔制备时间、并发症及伤口愈合情况。结果所有病例手术过程顺利,脐部戳孔制备时间为(42.3±27.1)s,戳孔制备及套管置入过程无操作意外及并发症,手术切口愈合良好。结论切入撑开法简便、快捷、安全,是腹腔镜手术中制备脐部戳孔的又一不错的选择。Objective To introduce a new method performing umbilicus abdominal access during laparoscopy. Methods In a prospective,362 patients received laparoscopic appendectomy in October 2012 to October 2014 were oberserved in this study. The clinical data,the time of the progress of making umbilicus abdominal access,complications and the state of the wound were recorded. Results The performing time of the trocar in umbilicus was（ 42. 3 ± 27. 1） s. Conclusion The method Cut-open,is simple,fast and save,which is worth to promoting in laparoscopic surgery.
