磁共振成像在腰椎终板骨软骨炎中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的：探讨腰椎终板骨软骨炎的磁共振成像（MRI）表现及临床意义。方法：回顾性分析128例腰椎终板骨软骨炎患者的MRI临床资料。结果：128例共累及232处终板,Ⅰ型占61.6%,Ⅱ型占17.7%,Ⅲ型占20.7%;发生部位以腰_（4~5）和/或腰_5~骶_1椎间隙多见。全部病例均有相应椎间盘变性或膨出、突出。结论：MRI在腰椎终板骨软骨炎的诊断、分型、病因及治疗方案选择方面具有重要价值。Objective： To explore the magnetic resonance imaging（ MRI） manifestation and clinical significance of lumbar vertebral endplate osteochondritis. Methods： To analyze retrospective the MRI clinical data of 128 cases of patients with lumbar endplate osteochondritis. Results ： All 1 2 8 cases involving 2 3 2 endplate,type Ⅰ accounted for 6 1. 6 %,type Ⅱ accounted for17. 7%,type Ⅲ accounted for 20. 7%. Location in L_（4 ~ 5）and / or L_5~ S_1 intervertebral disc. All patients were corresponding intervertebral disc degeneration or bulging,outstanding. Conclusion： MRI in the diagnosis,classification,etiology and treatment scheme selection of lumbar endplate osteochondritis has important value.
