摘 要:以高碘酸钠选择性氧化壳聚糖作为交联剂,γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷为硅偶联剂,协同三聚氰胺对棉织物进行表面改性处理,研究改性对棉织物物理机械性能和抗紫外性能等的影响。结果表明:当采用氧化壳聚糖与三聚氰胺用量摩尔比为2∶1,γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷用量为3m L,处理时间90min,温度为70℃时,改性棉织物的柔软性、抗紫外、抗皱性能得到一定的提升,但是经改性处理后,棉织物的强力略有降低。The surface modification of cotton fabric was performed by using oxided chitosan , triazine deriva-tives and KH550 .The properties of modified cotton fabrics such as ultraviolet resistance and physical properties were studied .The results showed that ultraviolet resistance performance was improved when the mole ratio of oxi-ded chitosan:melamine was 2:1, KH550 dosage 3ml, treated time 90min, temperature 70℃.The anti-wrinkle properties and the softness were improved while mechanical tensile strength of cotton fabric was slightly lowered after treatment.
