外源赤霉素对桂林报春苣苔开花的影响

摘　　要：以桂林报春苣苔为试材,采用不同浓度的赤霉素(GA3)(50、100、500、800mg/L)进行整株喷施处理,以蒸馏水为对照,观察其花期并测量花形态指标,探讨了外源GA3对桂林报春苣苔开花特性的影响。结果表明:GA3对桂林报春苣苔具有催花和延长花期的作用,对花梗高、叶丛高、花冠长、花朵数具有促进作用,而对花梗与叶丛高度比、花冠宽、花序数影响较小,其中500mg/L处理效果较好,花期提前9d,花期达25d,花梗高度、叶丛高度、花冠长、花朵数分别为17.81cm、13.71cm、5.61cm、74.8朵。Taking Primulina gueilinensis as materials,using different concentration treatments of GA3（50 mg/L,100mg/L,500 mg/L,800mg/L）for the whole plant spraying processing,observed its florescence and flower morphology index measurement.The results showed that GA3 could blossom and extend the flowering period of Primulina gueilinensis.GA3 played a role in promoting height of pedicel and leafage,length of corolla and number of flowers and had little effect on pedicels height/leafage height,corolla width,number of inflorescence.When the concentration of GA3 was 500mg/L,it had better effects on flower period advanced 9days and extending the florescence25 days,as well as pedicel height,leafage height,corolla length and flowers number were 17.81 cm,13.71 cm,5.61 cm,74.8flowers respectively.
