摘  要:采用低温离子渗氮和氮碳共渗对双相不锈钢进行试验,利用显微硬度计、光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪分别研究了表面硬度、硬度梯度、表面脆性、硬化层横截面显微组织、硬化层结构。结果表明,低温离子渗氮和氮碳共渗后硬化层的性能(表面硬度、硬化层厚度、显微组织、物相结构)变化规律大致相同:随着处理温度的提高或者时间的延长,表面硬度和硬化层厚度不断提高,但最后趋于平缓;表面脆性略有增加。The surface hardening treatment of duplex stainless steel with low temperature plasma nitriding and nitrocarburizing was studied.By means of Vickers hardness tester,optical microscope and X-ray diffraction analysis,the surface hardness,the hardness gradient,the surface brittleness,the cross-section's microstructure and phase structure of the hardened layer were examined. The results show that the properties( including surface hardness, thickness, microstructure and phase structure) of the low temperature plasma nitrided and nitrocarburized layer have the similar varying rule. The surface hardness and harden layer thickness increase with the raising of the treatment temperature and time. And the same time the brittleness of the hardened layer increases slightly.
