镧含量对无取向硅钢板常化处理后成品组织及织构的影响

摘　　要：在实验室制备了含镧试验钢,研究了不同镧含量的无取向硅钢常化后成品组织及织构的变化,观察了再结晶组织并统计了再结晶晶粒尺寸,利用XRD分析了试样的再结晶织构。结果表明,加入镧后正火组织晶粒尺寸增大,分布不均匀;加入稀土后无取向硅钢成品的晶粒尺寸增加,加入0.0015wt%镧所获得的成品晶粒尺寸最大,为37.19μm。加入镧的再结晶织构类型变化不大,{111}织构密度水平下降。同时,与不加镧的试样相比,含镧0.0015wt%的试样立方织构密度水平提高了33.3%。Non-oriented silicon steel with lanthanum element was prepared in laboratory. Microstructure and texture of the final products with different lanthanum contents were studied. The recrystallized microstructure was observed,and grain size of the final products was examined.XRD was used to analyze the sample recrystallization texture. The results show that after adding lanthanum,the grains of the samples with normalizing treatment are uneven but the size increases. The addition of lanthanum increases the final grain size of non-oriented silicon steels. The average grain size of the sample with 0. 0015wt% lanthanum is 37. 19 μm. After adding lanthanum,the recrystallization texture type changes a little,and the { 111} texture component intensity decreases. Meanwhile,compared with the sample without lanthanum,the cube texture component intensity of the sample with 0. 0015wt% lanthanum increases by 33. 3%.
