皱盖假芝化学成分分离及其结构鉴定

摘　　要：对皱盖假芝(Amauroderma rude)子实体提取物的化学成分进行分离及结构鉴定。皱盖假芝子实体经干燥、粉碎,采用热水浸提,依次采用氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇进行萃取,最终得到氯仿萃取物、乙酸乙酯萃取物、正丁醇萃取物及水溶物;采用各种分离手段,从皱盖假芝提取物中分离出6个化合物单体,并通过现代波谱分析方法及结合文献,最终确定为尿苷、5’-甲氧基尿苷、星鱼甾醇、腺苷、尿嘧啶、原儿茶酸,所有化合物均属首次从皱盖假芝中分离得到。The chemical constituents extracts from Amauroderma rude and structure identification were studied. The chemical constituents of A. rude fruit bodies were studied. Six compounds were isolated by various chromatographic techniques from A. rude and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, namely uridine, 5＇-methoxyuridine, stellasterol, adenosine, uracil, protocatechuic acid. All compounds were isolated from A. rude for the first time.
