摘 要:传统力传感器受限于弹性敏感元件的非线性和信噪比,其精度难以超过0.02%。采用电磁力杠杆机构的力平衡式传感器,利用可控电磁铁产生电磁力抵消载荷,通过线圈电压确定载荷量值,解决信噪比问题。分析气隙、温度对电磁力非线性的影响,对不同温度下电磁力曲线进行分段线性拟合得到高线性度电磁力,解决非线性问题。实验表明,传感器线性度达0.001%,精度达0.003%。Because of the nonlinearity of the elastic sensitive element and the signal-noise ratio,the precision of the traditional force sensor can hardly be higher than 0. 02%. A force sensor with electromagnetic force balance lever structure was introduced. The sensor utilized a controllable electromagnet which can generate the controllable electromagnetic force to offset the load while the value of the load can be obtained by the coil voltage,which solved the problem of signal-noise ratio. By analyzing the electromagnetic force curves under different temperature by the method of piecewise linearization,the electromagnetic force with high linearity was acquired,which solved the problem of nonlinearity. Test results indicated that the linearity of the sensor was 0. 001%,and its precision was 0. 003%.
