体育用品企业专利技术与公司绩效关系的实证研究

摘　　要：在梳理专利技术与公司绩效相关文献的基础上,对我国体育用品企业专利技术的现状和特征进行描述。通过分析13家体育用品上市公司2007-2014年专利申请情况,以体育用品企业的公司绩效指标为被解释变量,以专利技术数量为解释变量,构建多元线性回归模型实证分析专利技术对体育用品企业公司绩效的影响。研究结果表明,体育用品企业的专利类型以外观设计和实用新型专利为主,发明专利较少;专利总数与总资产周转率呈负相关关系,与净资产收益率和销售收入增长率呈正相关关系;外观设计专利、实用新型专利和发明专利与总资产周转率呈正相关关系,且外观设计专利与总资产周转率具有非常显著的正相关关系;外观设计专利与净资产收益率呈正相关关系,实用新型专利和发明专利与净资产收益率呈负相关关系;外观设计专利、实用新型专利和发明专利与体育用品销售收入增长率均呈负相关关系。On the basis of combing the relevant literature of the patent technology and company performance,this paper describes the status quo and characteristics of China＇s sporting goods enterprises patent technology.Through analysis the patent application of the 13 sporting goods listing Corporation from 2007 to 2014 year,The corporate performance index of sports goods enterprises is the explanatory variable,and the number of the patented technology is the explanatory variable.Using the multiple linear regression model to empirical analysis of the impact of the patented technology on the performance of sports enterprise corporate performance.The results show that the patent types of sports enterprises are mainly based on the exterior design and utility model,and the invention patent is less.The total number of patents was negatively related to the turnover rate of total assets,and the return on equity and revenue growth was positively related to the relationship.The exterior design patent,utility model patents and invention patents are positively related to the total assets turnover rate,and the exterior design patents have a very significant positive correlation with the total assets turnover rate.The correlation between the return on equity and the exterior design was positively correlated,and the utility model patents and the invention patents are negatively related to the return on equity.The exterior design patent,utility model patent and invention patent and sports product sales revenue growth rate are negative correlation.
