国家级体育传统项目学校现状调查与发展对策研究

摘　　要：通过文献资料、专家访谈和问卷调查等研究方法,对我国2014年前命名的国家级体育传统项目学校的地域分布、学段类型、开展项目、场馆情况、课余训练情况和参加国家级培训与比赛等情况进行较为全面的调查。研究结果:国家级体育传统项目学校的管理不断加强,传统项目普及较为扎实,体育后备人才培养成绩显著,但是,还存在学段结构和项目布局的缺陷,长效管理机制没有建立,培训和比赛机会偏少,课余训练的专业化程度不高,带训补助偏低的问题。发展对策建议:合理设置国家级传统校的规模,完善国家级传统校的结构,调整国家级传统校的管理与资助模式以及提供更多的优质比赛和培训。Through using the method of literature review,expert interview and questionnaire,this paper makes a comprehensive research on the state-level traditional sport schools which are denominated before the year of 2014,aiming at their regional distribution,types of school type,have-already-launched sport events,stadiums＇ condition,the situation of extracurricular trainings and joining in the national trainings and matches,etc.The result mainly shows that the administration of state-level traditional sport schools gradually improved,their traditional sport events popularized solidly and the cultivation of sporting back-up talents got remarkable achievement,while there also are some deficiencies in the section of learning stage structure and sport events distribution.For instance,sustainable administration mechanism hasn＇t been established,lacking opportunities of trainings and matches,less professional level of extracurricular trainings and poor training-leader subsidy,etc.Finally some suggestions about development strategies are given：reasonably setting up the scale of state-level traditional sport schools,optimizing their structures,adjusting the administration and subsidizing mode,as well as supplying more high-quality matches and trainings.
