摘　　要：建立全自动生化分析仪测定水中尿素的检测方法。运用全自动生化分析仪的自动化操作步骤,采用脲酶-紫外速率法测定水中尿素的含量。本实验方法精密度RSD 1.04%-1.38%,回收率98.7%-100.2%,线性范围0.2-100 mg/L,相关系数r=0.9998。该方法操作简便、自动化程度高、灵敏度高,准确度、精密度均能满足实验要求。Establish automatic biochemical detection of underwater urea analyzer. Using automatic biochemical analyzer automated steps,using urease- UV rate method determination of urea in water. This test method precision RSD 1. 04% -1. 38%,the recovery rate was 98. 7% - 100. 2%,the linear range of 0. 2 - 100 mg / L,the correlation coefficient r =0. 9998. The method is simple operation,high degree of automation,high sensitivity,accuracy,precision can meet the test requirements.
