摘  要:为了解决利用改性土处理废水易造成二次污染,且改性成本较高等缺点,以甲基橙模拟印染废水为例,探讨并比较了矿物原土(膨润土、高岭土、硅藻土)对印染废水的处理效果,研究了p H值、黏土矿物用量以及搅拌强度等对印染废水CODCr值降低率、脱色率及其矿物沉降性能的影响。结果表明:膨润土在p H值为5,土量为0.125 g/m L,搅拌强度为200 r/min时对印染废水CODCr值降低率最大,为81.80%;脱色效果主要取决于膨润土的用量,膨润土用量越大脱色效果越好,最大为73.19%;酸性条件下的沉降效果较好。高岭土仅在酸性条件下对印染废水有处理效果,在中性和碱性下不起作用,p H值为1时的CODCr值降低率可达65.23%,相应脱色率也最好。在相同p H值下,硅藻土用量越大,脱色效果越好,其中以p H值为7、用量为0.15 g/m L时CODCr值降低效果最好,可达76.92%。与高岭土和膨润土相比,用硅藻土处理印染废水后的矿物沉降性能最好,可明显缩短沉降时间。In order to solve the shortcomings about modified soil being easy to cause the secondary pollution and high cost treating with printing and dyeing wastewater, this paper discusses and compares(bentonite, kaolin, diatomite) the optimal conditions of the original soil minerals, such as the p H value, the dosage of clay minerals and stirring intensity on the reduction rate of CODCr, decoloring rate and the influence of the mineral sedimentation. Results show that when the p H value is 5, soil mass is 0.125 g/m L, stirring intensity for 200 r/min, reduction rate of CODCr reached a maximum using bentonite; The decoloring effect mainly depends on the amount of bentonite; Under the acidic conditions the settlement effect is better. Kaolin has effect on printing and dyeing wastewater treatment only under acid condition, with p H=1 the CODCr reduction rate can reach 65.23%, the decoloring rate also is the best. Under the same p H value, the greater the amount of diatomite, the better of the decoloring effect,with p H =7, the dosage is 0.15 g/m L, the CODCr reduction effect is best, which can beach 76.92%. In addition, compared with kaolin and bentonite, after using diatomite treating printing and dyeing wastewater, mineral settling performance is better, which can obviously shorten the settling time.
