摘  要:分析了掺加磷尾矿对水泥熟料质量的影响,对不同掺量磷尾矿的水泥熟料进行易烧性、强度、岩相、XRD等测试。结果表明,磷尾矿的加入对生料易烧性有明显改善;掺量为2.5%时,熟料晶型形成较好,大小均匀,边棱清晰,中间相丰富;3 d和28 d胶砂抗压强度达到了32.8 MPa和57.0 MPa,较空白样提高了5.1 MPa和3.3 MPa。XRD图谱及TOPAS全谱分析也得出,掺加2.5%-5.0%磷尾矿有利于C3S以强度较高的M1型晶系存在,并对C2S有稳定晶型的作用,但随着掺量的增加,又会阻碍C3S的形成,减少C3S的数量。The effects of phosphate tailings on the quality of cement clinker were mainly researched in this work. The burnability, strength, lithofacies and crystal structure of cement clinker were tested with different contents of phosphate tailings. The results show that the burnability of the raw material with phosphate tailings was significantly improved. The cement clinker had complete crystal form, uniform size, clear edge, and abundant interphase when the content of phosphate tailings is 2.5%. The compressive strength of mortar can reach to 32.8 MPa and 57.0 MPa after curing 3 d and 28 d, which were 5.1 MPa and 3.3 MPa higher than that of blank sample. C3 S can be existed with M1 of high strength after adding 2.5% ~ 5.0% phosphate tailings, which is tested by XRD and TOPAS full spectrum analysis. But the formation of C3 S will be hindered and the amount be decreased with phosphate tailings increasing.
