摘 要:以广西田东提纯膨润土为原料制备无机凝胶,探索钠化及胶化条件对无机凝胶性能的影响。结果表明,钠化改性的优化条件为:以Na2CO3作为钠化剂,用量是膨润土质量的5%;胶化的优化条件:3%Ca O作为胶化剂,矿浆悬浮液质量分数5%,p H值为9,胶化时间20 min。在最佳实验条件下制备出性能优良的膨润土无机矿物凝胶。Tiandong purified bentonite was used as the raw material to prepare the inorganic gel. The sodium modification conditions and gelatinizing conditions were studied in this experiment. The experiment results showed as follows: the optimal sodium modification condition was that the conversion agent was Na2CO3 and its dosage was 5% compared to the bentonite; and the optimal gel conditions were that the gelling agent was Ca O and its dosage was 3% compared to the bentonite; the pulp density was 5%, the initial p H value was 9 and the reaction time was 20 min. The inorganic gel of bentonite with excellent performance can be prepared at the best experimental conditions.
