摘 要:造纸工业产生的纸浆废液因化学成分复杂,难以得到高效利用。试验研究了利用纸浆废液木质素磺酸盐接枝萘磺酸盐中间体改性制备的新型减水剂(PLGN)对水泥浆体的流动性、水化进程及硬化浆体微结构的作用。结果表明,PLGN能够改善水泥浆体的流动性,并具有缓凝作用;加速水泥初始期水化速率,使水化诱导期延长,但对第二水化放热峰值无影响;PLGN可提高后期水泥水化程度,使水泥石结构更加均匀密实。Efficient utilizations of pulping wastes were far more enough due to their complex chemical compositions. A novel water-reducer(PLGN) was grafted by copolymerizing lignosulfonates from pulping wastes with naphthalenesulfonate intermediates. Researches were carried out on the effects of PLGN on cement pastes. It can be found that, the fluidity of cement paste with PLGN was significantly improved and setting retardation was clearly observed. The hydration rate was slightly accelerated during the hydration starting period and the hydration induction period was widely extended with no impact on the second hydration peak value. Results also show that, the hydration degrees of cement pastes with PLGN in later ages were increased. The microstructures of hardened cement paste were modified by PLGN with better uniformity and compactness.
