摘 要:采用活性荧光黄FL对纯棉和65/35涤棉混纺针织物进行染色,探讨了染色温度、时间,纯碱、氯化钠和染料用量对上染率、固色率和K/S值的影响,分析了染色织物的荧光效果,测试了染色织物的色牢度。研究结果表明,活性荧光黄FL对纯棉和涤棉织物的最佳染色工艺为:纯碱10 g/L,氯化钠50 g/L,60℃保温60 min;活性荧光黄FL用量超过4%(omf)时,染色棉织物可满足警示服的荧光要求,但非荧光活性染料的加入对染色棉织物的荧光强度影响很大;涤棉织物在1%~20%(omf)的染料用量范围内未满足警示服的荧光要求。荧光染色棉和涤棉织物具有较好的耐皂洗和耐摩擦色牢度。The Reactive Fluorescent Yellow FL was applied to dyeing of cotton and polyester/cotton blend fabrics. The effects of dyeing temperature, time, dosage of sodium carbonate, sodium chloride and reactive dyes on exhaustion, fixation rate and K/S value of dyed fabrics were discussed. The fluorescence effect of dyed fabrics was analyzed, the color fastness of the dyed fabrics were also tested. The results showed that the optimal dyeing process was sodium carbonate 10 g/L, sodium chloride 50 g/L, dyeing at 60 ℃ for 60 min.The dyed cotton fabrics reached the fluorescent effects of warning clothing needs by dyeing with above 4%(omf) Reactive Fluorescence Yellow FL, and the addition of non-fluorescent reactive dyes influenced the fluorescent effects obviously. The dyed polyester/cotton fabrics could not reach the fluorescent effects of warning clothing needs by dyeing with 1%~20%(omf) Reactive Fluorescence Yellow FL. The washing and rubbing fastness of fluorescence dyes dyed cotton and polyester/cotton fabric was good.
