摘 要:王家寨铜矿矿体属缓倾斜极薄矿体,原采用分采全面法和留连续间柱房柱法开采,针对原采矿方法成本过高、劳动强度大、采矿工效低等一系列急需解决的问题,对其采矿工艺进行了优化改造,设计了锚杆护顶沿走向分条全面回采的采矿方案,矿山实验结果表明,该采矿方法可大幅度提高采矿回采率及出矿效率,吨采矿成本降低12.4元,具有较高的应用价值与经济效益。The gently-inclined and extremely-thin deposit in Wangjiazhai Copper Mine was extracted by separated mining method, as well as room and pillar mining method. According to the urgent problems of above two methods, such as high cost, great labor intensity and low mining effect, the mining process was optimized. Then an overall mining method was designed, which divided strips along the trend and supported roof with anchors. The experimental results in mine showed that the new method not only substantially increase the recovery rate and the oredrawing efficiency, but also reduce the mining cost by 12.4 RMB per ton, which had great application value and economic benefit.
