摘  要:针对常规浅孔留矿法回采厚大急倾斜矿体所存在的作业环境差、机械化程度低、出矿效率不能满足生产需求等问题,进行了采场底部结构改进试验研究,试验结果表明,漏斗受矿-电耙出矿底部结构可以大大提高采场出矿效率和作业安全性,同时改善了作业环境,采场生产能力达到200t/d以上,使矿山产能于2014年顺利达到60万t/a,大大提高了矿山生产经营效益。There were some problems of the conventional shallow-hole shrinkage mining method during stoping thick and steeply-inclined orebody, such as poor working conditions, low mechanization degree and low ore-drawing efficiency. Aimed at these problems, the experimental researches on the improvement of bottom structure were carried out. The results showed that the structure, using funnel to gather ore and scraper to discharge ore, could greatly improve the ore drawing efficiency, the mining safety and the working conditions. Meanwhile, the production capacity in stope exceeded 200 tons per day, so that the mine capacity in 2014 successfully reached 600,000 tons, which significantly enhanced the production benefits of mine.
