摘  要:针对深部开采留巷难度大等不足,在固体充填沿空留巷技术理论的基础上,提出深部固体充填矸石带与注浆联合留巷技术。通过实验对比分析了矸石与注浆充填体的单轴抗压轴向应力-应变曲线,结果表明注浆充填体抗压承载性能较矸石显著提高;结合唐山煤矿的具体地质条件,通过数值模拟确定了该矿矸石带留巷时的矸石带合理宽度为4m,而采用矸石带与注浆联合留巷时,注浆使得顶板下沉量降低17.7%,底鼓量降低23.7%,巷旁支护体最大载荷降低36.3%,表明注浆效果显著。For the difficulty of entry retaining in deep mining, the entry retaining technology combining gangue with grouting in deep solid filling was put forward based on its theory. The axial stress-strain curves in uniaxial compression of gangue and grouting filling body were compared and analyzed through experiments. The results showed that the load-carrying property of grouting filling body was significantly greater than gangue's. According to the geological conditions of Tangshan Coal Mine, the reasonable width of gangue in entry retaining was determined as 4 m by numerical simulation. And as the entry retaining combining gangue with grouting, the roof subsidence, the amount of floor heave and the maximum load of roadside support were respectively decreased by 17.7%, 23.7% and 36.30/oo after grouting, which proved that the grouting had remarkable effect.
