摘  要:针对鞍钢集团冶金工业水淬渣、钢渣、脱硫灰渣以及鞍钢矿山周围的生石灰、水泥熟料和外加剂等激发剂材料,进行满足鞍钢铁矿山阶段嗣后充填法开采替代水泥的全尾砂充填胶凝材料试验研究。探讨了硫酸盐类、碱类、盐类等不同类型激发剂及不同掺量对钢渣活性的激发效果,并研究了水泥熟料掺量、钢渣掺量对全尾砂胶凝材料性能的影响。结果表明,当水泥熟料为12%、脱硫石膏为2%、工业芒硝为1%、钢渣微粉掺量为20%,矿渣微粉为65%时,70%浓度灰砂比1∶6的全尾砂充填体28d强度可达到2.78MPa,满足阶段嗣后充填采矿要求,实现了钢渣废弃物的资源化利用。In order to use the activator materials in Angang Group Company, including the water quenching, the steel slag, the desulfurized ash, tile shell, the cement clinker and the admixture, the tests on cementing materials for whole tailings backfill, instead of concrete, were conducted to meet the requirement of tile stage backfill mining in Angang Iron Mine. The excitation effects of different activators and amounts on the activity of steel slag were discussed, and the influence of cement addition and steel slag amount on the performance of cementing materials was analyzed. The re suhs showed that when the conditions were 12% of cement, 2% of desulfurized plaster, 1% of mirabilite, 20% of steel slag and 65 % of fine slag, the strength of whole railings filling body with 70% of concentration and 1 : 6 of cement-sand ratio in 28 d could be up to 2.78 MPa, which could satisfy the requirement of mining method and realize the utilization of steel slag.
