摘 要:通过分析综采充填工作面上覆岩层运动规律,将充填液压支架后方直接顶结构简化为悬臂梁结构,确定充填液压支架与直接顶之间的相互关系,建立四柱式充填液压支架的力学模型。在对支架力学模型分析的基础上,得到液压支架前后排立柱以及千斤顶的工作阻力。将四柱式充填液压支架应用于唐山矿工程实践,现场近3年的应用实践表明,四柱式充填液压支架可以有效解决六柱式充填液压支架中存在的立柱受力不合理问题。相关研究成果可为液压支架发展研究及设计提供参考。By analyzing the overburden movement regularity in fully-mechanized working face, the immediate roof in the back of backfill hydraulic support was simplified to a cantilever structure, and the relationship between backfill hydraulic support and immediate roof was determined. Then, the mechanical models of backfill hydraulic support with four columns were established. Through analyzing the mechanical model of hydraulic support, the working resistances of jacks and pillars before and after the hydraulic support were ob- tained. The application of backfill hydraulic support with four columns in Tangshan Mine for nearly three years showed that the new support could effectively solve the unreasonable force of the support with six columns. The relative research achievements could provide reference for the development and design of hydraulic supports.
